Training Presentation SSC is offering online training with a live instructor hosted through Webex. Students dial in to a toll free number to hear the instructor. At the same time, students log onto SSC’s Webex page using a web browser. In the browser, students will see the presentation (which the instructor will use to point out items and write on during class), be able to chat or type private questions to the instructor, raise their hand, or give feedback to the instructor (too slow/fast, I need a break, etc.).
Questions Students may ask questions verbally over the phone or type questions privately through the web-interface. Instructors will also be available 30 minutes before and after class for questions.
Exercises Following each chapter of lecture, students are asked to apply what they have learned by doing hands-on exercises. During the exercise portion of the class, students will work on exercises on their individual computers. Students can verbalize or type questions to the instructor. At the request of the student, the instructor can take over the student’s machine for individualized assistance.
Requirements for Training
Students will need a quiet space where they can be on the phone for the duration of the training.
Students will need to have SAS installed on their computer and verify with instructor that they can run SAS.
Students should download SSC's course files before class (instructions are included with course registration).
Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received more than 10 business days prior to class. If the cancellation is made within 10 business days, the student may receive a voucher for another student or another date. Vouchers are subject to management approval.
